Every year around the 1. october I arrange the event Take-Two, ORIENTAL GALLA. At this event 2 high ranking international teachers/performers are invited to give workshops and perform at the galla -together with some of the very best danish dancers. Both the ORIENTAL DANCE FESTIVAL Denmark and Take-Two, ORIENTAL GALLA takes place at Kolding Theatre, Kolding.
The concept for the Take-Two, ORIENTAL GALLA is as follows:

"In the light of the full moon"
In connection with Take Two 2009 Banat AzizA and AzizA will show the dance theater performance "In the light of the full moon". The performance is a journey through the many variations of dance in the middleeastern region, through feminity and throughout history. The performance is based on 12 years of research. The journey will present personalities deriving from mythology, history, fairytale and everyday life - from ancient time till our time. A folder with the texts in english will be provided.
The performance starts at 15.30 and takes 2 hours and 20 minutes including a short break.
